Urban Warfare

URBAN WARFARE has created a space where civilians can experience training situations that cover all bases. Our courses are designed to increase skills and have fun at the same time. Though our preferred style is Krav Maga, we have included other styles and methods into our training, broadening the scope. A person only realises the infinite possibilities when you start the training journey. Our events cater for young and old, regardless of previous experience or fitness level.

No nonsense or ego..just a comfortable environment for the participant to improve their skill set. Make your move and join us in this powerful step towards living on your own terms.
URBAN WARFARE . URBAN WARFARE is a multi-faceted programme using the KRAV MAGA discipline as the basis for all training.

If you want to LIVE ON YOUR TERMS – Learn to swim upstream.

Our preferred style for training is Krav Maga, because it is extremely effective. Known for its ease of learning and devastating power. Krav Maga is used worldwide by men, women and law enforcement agencies. It is NOT a sport – it is your survival against threats or attacks – A self-defence and close quarter system. The techniques learnt are to protect yourself and students are taught to avoid confrontation, unless this proves to be unavoidable. Krav Maga then promotes finishing a fight as quickly as possible.
It is a PURE self defence system, to prevent the attacker from causing any further harm or physical injury to yourself.
URBAN WARFARE, in conjunction with IKI KRAV MAGA will teach you how to:

  • Control your adrenalin
  • Defend against armed attacks
  • Defend against firearms, knives, sticks and other weaponry
  • Ladies defence
  • Anti-hijacking
  • Increased awareness
  • Reading body language
  • Smart psychology
  • Increased Confidence

"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."

Carlos Castaneda
